"How can I help you" sounds like you're willing to help. The latter is showing reluctance. A great read. Have fun on the honeymoon, Arman.

I often say "Any help needed?" at work, and I feel like this is on the same level as "Can I help you?" Rephrasing to "How can I help you?" is a change I want to try next week.

Loved this:

"Average Jane racked up 3650 hours of creative time after a decade. Average Joe didnā€™t.

Now they are worlds apart.

I call this creative compounding.

Are you an Average Joe or an Average Jane?"

Thanks for writing, Arman, always find so much value in these posts.
